The Rundown

OPERATING TIME ZONE

With courses located in different time zones, all tournament operations will be conducted using Central Standard Time (CST).

CHECK-IN

Friday: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM at Hilgers Gulch (during Friday Night Doubles)

Saturday: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM at each pool’s respective Tournament Central

Check-in is required for all players. If a player does not check in, they will be removed from the player list and cards will be redone. Refunds will not be given to players who do not check in and show up after round 1 has begun.

TOURNAMENT CENTRAL LOCATIONS

Steamboat Park: Amphitheater at Hole 21

Oahe Downstream: Shelter next to the parking lot and Hole 1

Hilgers Gulch: Pop-up canopy near hole 1 on north side of school parking lot.

12:00pm - 1:30pm

1 1/2 hour lunch - begins when final card in your pool submits scores and only if other course is open. This gives players enough time to eat and make it out or in from Oahe Downstream.

1:30pm - 4:30pm

Round 2 Pool A - Oahe Downstream Pool B - Steamboat Park

6:00pm - 9:00pm

Player Party @ Legion Bar Meal provided - $5 a plate Putting games and raffles
